Omega 3 marine oil reduces inflammation and is important for general health, cardiovascular health, cognitive function, eye health and lowering of triglycerides. It is rich in two essential fatty acids, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Our Omega 3 Marine Oil has been sourced from top providers of fish oil, which is more effective than the plant derived counterpart. It does not contain heavy metals as a result of the harvesting and extraction methods.

DIRECTIONS FOR USAGE:

Take 1 capsule once or twice daily, with meals or as prescribed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner.
