Berberine HCl 550mg of which 50 mg is liposomal berberine HCl per capsule
Liposomal chromium equivalent to elemental chromium 25 μg (with 23 mg phospholipids from the liposomal bilayer)

DIRECTIONS FOR USAGE

Adults and children over 12 years:
Take 1 capsule once or twice per day at the start of the largest meals of the day or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Avoid use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Avoid concomitant use with Ciclosporin.
Chromium supplementation should be avoided in patients with renal dysfunction.
